Information you share

An inquiry includes your name, email, idea and permission to reply. Optional information includes contact and scheduling details, the wearer and occasion, design and material preferences, sizing, project scope, budget, timing and references. New file uploads are temporarily unavailable. Describe your idea or share a reference link instead. Previously submitted files remain subject to the handling described in this notice. Share only references you have the right to provide. Do not send payment details, identity documents, oral scans or medical information.

How we use it

We use your information to review and respond to the inquiry, discuss a possible project and maintain necessary follow-up, proposal and project records. An inquiry does not place an order or confirm an appointment. If you agree to website and inquiry Terms, we record their version, content hash, assent wording and server receipt time separately from permission to reply.

Separate unchecked choices let you request future design and offer emails or phone calls. Leaving them blank does not affect your inquiry. We record the wording and time of those choices. We do not send marketing texts from this form. Email us to withdraw an offer choice; we verify the request and update the relevant preference.

Service providers and storage

Hosting, private database and file-storage providers support this website. Email-delivery and inbox services handle notifications and correspondence. Abuse-prevention services check submissions. These providers process information needed for their part of the service; we do not promise a particular data-residency location.

Submitted inquiries and files are available through the restricted owner workflow. Files are not placed in public design links or attached to owner notification email. An owner notification includes your reply address, piece type and request reference. A short-lived keyed value derived from the connection address limits repeated submissions. We may keep a bounded page path, referring website host and permitted campaign tags to understand how an inquiry arrived; the abuse-check value is not used as a marketing profile.

Browser saves and shared references

If you choose Save idea on this device, your idea text and design preferences are stored in this browser until cleared. They may be visible to others using the device. Contact fields, consent choices, verification and files are not part of that copy, but any personal details typed into your idea are included. Saving or restoring does not send an inquiry. Use Clear device copy to remove it; this does not delete a submitted inquiry.

Saved visual choices may remain in your browser or current tab without submitting an inquiry. A shared design link reveals its style choices to anyone with the link, but does not contain your name, email, budget, story or uploaded files. Clearing browser storage removes local choices; it does not delete a submitted inquiry.

Retention and your requests

We keep information while needed for inquiries, agreed work and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not promise fixed deletion dates or permanent storage or retrieval. Our owner tools delete a whole inquiry and attempt to remove its stored files, with retries for file-removal failures; there is no automatic timed or selective deletion process.

Deleting a website inquiry does not automatically remove related email, external copies or provider backups. Those require separate handling and may remain under applicable obligations or provider practices. This website is not a CAD archive.

Email us to request access, correction or deletion. We verify requests before changing private records, and may retain records we must keep.
