An inquiry, upload, preliminary quote or design discussion creates no order or reservation, does not book an appointment and does not authorize payment or manufacture. An order requires agreed written specifications, applicable commercial terms, customer approval and business acceptance.

Concepts explain a direction.

Images, concepts, sketches and visual studies are design inspiration. They do not establish the final stone, materials, dimensions, fit, structural performance or finished appearance. Human feasibility review and any agreed CAD or fit checks precede final specifications. Customer approval and business acceptance are required before making.

Preliminary prices, dates and availability remain subject to the confirmed project and order agreement. Do not treat a study or estimate as a promise to reproduce an image exactly.

References you share.

Share only material you have the right to provide. Your permission is limited to reviewing and developing your requested inquiry, concept or agreed order, including necessary service providers working on that purpose. It does not transfer ownership or authorize advertising, unrelated reuse or unrelated AI training.

A separate permission would be required for any publicity use. Avoid sensitive personal documents and payment information in reference uploads.

Keep your own copies.

The website is not an archival storage or retrieval service. Keep copies of your original references and important agreed documents. Browser saves remain local to that browser. Any internal records needed for service, orders or legitimate obligations are handled under the privacy policy; they are not a promise of permanent backup or future retrieval for customers.

Website availability and lawful limits.

The website may be unavailable or change, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these website terms exclude indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use or unavailability of this website. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or nonwaivable consumer rights. They do not replace an agreed order’s obligations or remove remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Before an order.

Final specifications, price, timing, payment stages, delivery arrangements, sizing, cancellation, returns and any applicable aftercare terms must be agreed for the order before payment or making. These website terms set no monetary liability cap, blanket no-refund rule, shipping coverage or warranty.
